We are expanding our reach and are currently looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to strengthen our presence and drive growth in Purnea and neighboring areas.

Role Overview:

As a Field Sales Representative with Gyproc, you will play a pivotal role in connecting our brand with the construction industry in Purnea. Your responsibilities will include visiting construction sites, engaging with industry professionals, and showcasing our premium products. You will be responsible for developing client relationships and providing solutions tailored to their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Visits: Regularly visit construction sites to establish and nurture relationships with contractors, builders, and project managers.
• Product Demonstrations: Present and emphasize the benefits of Gyproc's products, including POP and false ceilings, to potential clients.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Business Development: Identify and seize new business opportunities within the Purnea construction market.
• Sales Proposals: Craft and deliver effective sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Market Analysis: Report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to the sales manager.
• Administrative Tasks: Complete sales reports and other administrative duties accurately and promptly.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven track record in field sales, preferably within the construction materials sector.
• Knowledge: Understanding of construction materials, with experience in POP and false ceilings being advantageous.
• Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, with a knack for engaging a diverse clientele.
• Motivation: Self-driven and results-oriented, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Independence: Ability to work autonomously and manage your schedule effectively.
• Transportation: A valid two-wheeler and driving license are required.
• Local Insight: Familiarity with Purnea and its construction landscape is preferred.
