Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves meeting potential clients, building relationships, and driving sales through in-person interactions. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a strong customer-oriented approach, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Visits : Conduct regular field visits to meet with existing and potential clients, presenting products or services and addressing their needs.
• Lead Generation and Conversion : Identify and reach out to prospective clients, generating leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling, and converting leads into sales.
• Product Demonstration : Present and demonstrate products or services, providing detailed information on features and benefits, and answering client inquiries.
• Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Sales Targets : Work toward achieving individual and team sales targets, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
• Market Research : Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
• Reporting and Feedback : Prepare and submit regular reports on field activity, sales performance, and client feedback to the sales manager.
• Promotional Activities : Represent the company at promotional events, exhibitions, and conferences to build brand awareness and expand client base.
• Customer Support : Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience : Minimum of 1-2 years of field sales experience, preferably in [education sector].
• Sales Skills : Proven ability to meet sales goals and targets with a strong understanding of sales techniques and customer psychology.
• Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach.
• Self-Motivation and Initiative : Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently, with a proactive attitude and confidence in approaching new clients.
• Organization and Time Management : Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client appointments and deadlines effectively.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic Microsoft Office tools.
