Position Details:-Job Title: Field Registration Executive- Reporting To : Bishwajit Dash- Location : Odisha Responsibilities: - Registering a minimum of 25 local shops per month in Dodong Premium.- Providing leads and detailed reports of the shops visited.- Meeting monthly targets to ensure consistent performance. Compensation Package: Salary Structure: - Basic Salary : ?15,000 per month- Fuel Allowance : ?5,000 per month- Total : ?20,000 per month Incentive Structure: - Up to 25 Outlet Enrollment : No Incentive- 25 to 100 Outlet Enrollment : ?300 per outlet- Above 100 Outlet Enrollment : ?600 per outlet Performance-Based Adjustments: - This position is target-based with a minimum requirement of 25 shop registrations per month. - If the monthly target is not met, the basic salary will be subject to deductions.- The salary will be considered at ?800 per outlet registered if the targets are not fulfilled from the first month onwards.
