Job description We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Field Sales Representative. You will be trained as a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales and acquiring new customers in a designated territory. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our products or services to meet those needs. Roles and Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Establishing the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products. \xc2\xb7 Explaining complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable. \xc2\xb7 Going into the market to do the field sales. \xc2\xb7 Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise. \xc2\xb7 Keeping customers informed about new technological products. \xc2\xb7 Compiling proposals and reports related to technical products. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring that sales targets are consistently met. \xc2\xb7 Reporting to management about sales made. \xc2\xb7 Travel on daily basis in the market for sales. \xc2\xb7 Updating records of customer communications and contact information. Must-Have Skill Set \xc2\xb7 A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in IT, business, or a related field. \xc2\xb7 A minimum of 1 year of strong experience in Field sales. \xc2\xb7 Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of how the company products work with features like QR codes, website, etc. \xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal and communication skills. \xc2\xb7 The ability to identify and follow up on leads by going into the market. \xc2\xb7 Exceptional skills in selling products and closing deals. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of sales promotion techniques. Our Product is ready, exists in the market, and works wonderfully. We believe there is a market out there for our product and we would like to tap into that.
