Key Skills:

• Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales, preferably within BFSI/Insurance / Banking/ freight forwarding industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset to prepare sales reports and formulate strategic plans.
• Proactive attitude towards business development and achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge of the freight forwarding or logistics industry is a plus.

:

• Meeting Consignees, Custom House Agents, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines to secure Import, Import LCL, and Export business for the CFS.
• Building brand awareness among prospects, trade, and customers.
• Developing SOPs for customized products at the operational level to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Preparing weekly sales reports and formulating short-term and long-term sales plans.
• Following up with existing customers to increase business, adjusting strategies based on volume fluctuations.
• Up-selling and cross-selling various products such as CFS, Empty Container Depot, Bonded Warehousing, and General Warehousing.
• Monitoring accounts to ensure smooth operations and achieve customer satisfaction.
