We are a rapidly expanding retail chain with two successful stores in Chandigarh and a new venture /third party counters in tricity. Our mission is to provide quality products and exceptional customer service. We specialize in selling car perfumes, aromatherapy essential oils , and other premium products. As we grow, we aim to expand our product range to include other fields, and we are looking for dynamic and self-motivated Counter and field Sales Managers to join us across various cities in Chandigarh tricity and major cities of India.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Management:
• Handle customer interactions with professionalism and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Drive sales to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Promote and upsell our car perfumes, aromatherapy oils, and future SKUs effectively.
• Store Operations:
• Oversee day-to-day retail operations with efficiency.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate stock reports and monitor inventory levels.
• Coordinate with the central stock team for timely replenishments.
• Accounts and Reporting:
• Record daily sales transactions and maintain accurate cash handling.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and inventory status.
• Team Development:
• Manage the store independently and train additional team members as the outlet grows.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales or store management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and account management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
