• Gather and analyze information about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Provide post-sale support to address customer inquiries, issues, and concerns.
• Resolve any problems or complaints promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
