Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Generation: Actively prospect and identify new potential clients for OneCity Properties' real estate offerings through networking, and relationship building.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their property needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of OneCity Properties' portfolio, including residential, commercial, and investment properties, to effectively present to potential clients.
• Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings and site tours, addressing client questions and concerns, while highlighting key features and benefits of the properties.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close property sales, ensuring both client satisfaction and the company's profitability.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to help shape sales strategies.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress, Submit regular reports to the Sales Manager.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions and seamless customer experiences.
