Sales and Business Development :
• Actively prospect and identify new potential clients in the assigned territory.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective clients.
• Provide comprehensive information to clients on available real estate options, including pricing, features, and benefits.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and build a strong referral network.
• Maintain and expand client base through constant follow-up and nurturing relationships.
