As we expand our reach, we are looking for motivated and enthusiastic college freshers to join our team as Field Sales Representatives in Bengaluru.

As a Field Sales Representative , you will play a key role in promoting and selling our renewable energy products to residential, commercial, and industrial clients in Bengaluru. You will also have to On-Board New Dealers for Indirect Sales.
This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers with a passion for sales and renewable energy to kick-start their careers in a dynamic and growing industry. You will receive on-the-job training to develop both your technical and sales skills and will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets while building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Prospecting: Actively engage with potential customers in the Bengaluru area to promote and sell solar panels, wind turbines, inverters, batteries, and related accessories.
• Dealer On-Boarding: Identify prospective dealer organisations for indirect sales.
• Customer Education: Educate customers about the benefits of renewable energy solutions and provide them with tailored product recommendations based on their energy needs.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct on-site visits and product demonstrations to showcase the effectiveness and value of our energy solutions.
• Lead Generation: Use various sales techniques (cold calling, referrals, networking, etc.) to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
• Sales Process Support: Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications. Support in negotiating pricing and closing sales deals.
• Meet Sales Targets: Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to drive revenue growth.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure smooth project implementation and post-sales services.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Recent graduates or final-year students (preferably in Engineering, Business, or related fields).
• Sales Aptitude: Strong interest in sales and business development. No prior sales experience required--training will be provided.
• Passion for Renewable Energy: A keen interest in sustainable energy solutions and environmental conservation.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada (knowledge of Hindi is a plus).
• Personality Traits: Motivated, enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn. Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate energy solutions.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members, technical staff, and management.
• Willingness to Learn: Open to undergoing product and sales training to develop skills and knowledge.
• Travel Flexibility: Comfortable with fieldwork and traveling within Bengaluru for client meetings and site visits.
Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus):
• Previous internships or experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Basic understanding of renewable energy technologies (solar, wind, batteries).
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Excel, Zoho CRM, etc.).
• Knowledge of the local market and energy landscape in Bengaluru.
