Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Location: Bangalore

Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Generate new business opportunities, build relationships with existing clients, and achieve sales targets through face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities

- Convert leads into customers

- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

2. Relationship Building:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

- Provide excellent customer service

- Resolve customer complaints

3. Market Intelligence:

- Gather market insights and competitor information

- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs

4. Sales Planning:

- Plan and execute sales strategies

- Manage sales pipeline and funnel

5. Administrative Tasks:

- Maintain accurate sales records and reports

- Submit daily/weekly sales reports

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in any field

2. Experience: 1-2 years in sales (field sales experience preferred)

3. Skills:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- Ability to work independently

- Willingness to travel (within Bangalore)

- Valid driver's license (optional)

4. Knowledge:

- Familiarity with [industry/product]

- Understanding of sales principles and practices

Desirable Skills:

1. Experience with CRM software

2. Knowledge of sales analytics and data analysis

3. Certification in sales or marketing

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
