Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Representative to promote our dental clinic and organize outreach dental camps in the assigned area. The ideal candidate will engage with the community to raise awareness about dental health services and facilitate access to care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement:
• Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, schools, and community leaders to promote dental services.
• Conduct presentations and informational sessions to educate the community about dental health and available services.
• Event Coordination:
• Plan, organize, and execute dental camps and outreach events in collaboration with the clinic staff.
• Ensure all necessary materials and resources are prepared for events.
• Promotional Activities:
• Distribute promotional materials (brochures, flyers, etc.) to increase clinic visibility.
• Utilize social media and local advertising to promote upcoming events and services.
• Data Collection and Reporting:
• Gather feedback and data from events to assess community needs and improve services.
• Report on outreach efforts, event outcomes, and community engagement metrics to management.
• Patient Support:
• Assist potential patients with questions about services, appointment scheduling, and insurance options.
• Facilitate follow-up communication with individuals who express interest in dental services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and event planning abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
