We are looking for an Field Sales Representative that will handle the following :
Hunt for new small customers
Prospect for best fit potential customers using various direct methods such as face to face meetings, calling and indirect methods such as networking
Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers to achieve assigned sales quotas and targets
Identify potential customer issues and solve them in collaboration with the sales/trade/CS team
Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
KPI- At least 10 new customers per month
KPI- Customers contribution will be above the average of the country per trade.
Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers (VAS services) in the segment
Analyze customers\' sales potential and plan activities to increase share of wallet
Identify competitions products vs ZIMs
Cultivate strong relationships with interfaces to deliver full and fast solutions to customers
Develop strategic and tactic sales plans of the field to accommodate personal and corporate goals
Forecast growth potential and proposed steps for growth in destinations that suits ZIM
Monitor and report sales goals/targets/KPIs in line with companys objectives
Leverage the sales Smart Tools to support results achievements
Analyze relevant customers for targeted sales campaigns and build a work plan to increase sales
Function: Countries & Business Development
You will need to have :
Academic education: Business Management/ Marketing/ Logistics or broad experience in sales
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Field Sales/Outdoor sales/ Sales hunting positions in the logistics industry (advantage) or other B2B industries
Experience working in Global Company in FF/NVOCC/Shipping is high advantage
Proven experience in developing SMEs and developing interfaces in previous positions
Excellent control of local language and business English
