You support our team as Rubber Sales Technician
Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
• ? Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the rubber industry.
• ? Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
• ? Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers and actively manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
• ? Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical consultations to educate customers on the features and benefits of our rubber products.
Customer Relationship Management:
• ? Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• ? Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• ? Regularly communicate with customers to follow up on sales inquiries, provide product updates, and gather feedback to improve our offerings.
• ? Anticipate customer requirements and proactively recommend solutions to meet their needs, fostering long-term partnerships.
Technical Expertise:
• ? Possess in-depth knowledge of rubber products, materials, applications, and industry trends to effectively advise customers and address technical inquiries.
• ? Collaborate with internal teams, including production & operations, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products that meet customer specifications.
• ? Stay updated on the latest advancements in rubber technology and industry standards to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Sales Administration:
• ? Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data using our CRM software
• ? Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
• ? Coordinate with the sales support team to process orders, track shipments, and handle logistics to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Qualifications:
• ? Diploma/Graduation in Rubber / Chemical / Chemistry / Business Administration, / Engineering, or related field preferred.
• ? 3-5 years of proven experience in sales in the rubber industry.
• ? Strong technical aptitude and understanding of rubber products, materials, and applications.
• ? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• ? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• ? Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
• ? Proficient in English & Hindi communication.
