v Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for volume, value, and profit.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers.
Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with customers and promote company products.
Identify and qualify new sales leads and business opportunities.
Manage customer accounts effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
Prepare accurate and timely sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Participate in sales training programs and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to achieve overall business goals.
v Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferred).
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Ability to build strong relationships and develop trust.
Proficient in salesforce automation (SFA) tools and CRM software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Time management and organizational skills.
In-depth knowledge of FMCG industry trends (a plus).
Knowledge of competitor products and market landscape (a plus).
