Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a background in medical equipment sales, be ready to travel, and be available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
2. Identify and target potential clients in the healthcare and medical sectors.
3. Promote and sell medical equipment solutions to hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
4. Client Relationship Management:
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Provide product demonstrations and address client inquiries effectively.
7. Market Research & Strategy:
8. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
9. Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
10. Travel & On-Site Visits:
11. Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
12. Ensure timely follow-ups and on-site support when required.
13. Sales Reporting:
14. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports.
15. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical equipment industry.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ?180,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
