Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated On-Field Sales Representatives to join our export office team. This role requires travel (about 60% of the month) across Maharashtra, Pune, and Gujarat to expand our client & dealer base and build strong business relationships. If you're enthusiastic about sales and have a knack for connecting with clients, we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

1) Conduct regular visits to existing and potential clients across Maharashtra, Pune, and Gujarat.

2) Present our products, understand client needs, and provide suitable solutions.

3) Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

4) Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to address customer queries effectively.

5) Identify new market opportunities and work towards increasing sales volume.

Requirements:

1) Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.

2) Willingness to travel extensively within Maharashtra, Pune, and Gujarat other states.

3) Strong communication and negotiation skills.

4) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

5) A valid driver's license and the flexibility to travel frequently.

6) First choice of candidate who has Tiles sales experience.
