Role Overview:
As a Field Sales Representative with Gyproc, you will play a crucial role in linking our company with the vibrant construction sector in Goa. Your responsibilities will include visiting construction sites, interacting with key industry players, and promoting our top-notch products. You will work to build strong client relationships and provide solutions tailored to their specific construction needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Site Engagement: Visit construction sites regularly to connect with contractors, builders, and project managers.
• Product Promotion: Effectively present Gyproc's products, including POP and false ceilings, and highlight their benefits to potential clients.
• Client Relationships: Develop and maintain robust relationships with both new and existing customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Goa's construction market.
• Sales Proposals: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process, including follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Market Insights: Report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to the sales manager.
• Administrative Tasks: Complete sales reports and other administrative duties accurately and on schedule.
Qualifications:
• Sales Experience: Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the construction materials industry.
• Product Knowledge: Understanding of construction materials, with experience in POP and false ceilings being advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage and build relationships with a diverse client base.
• Self-Motivation: Driven and results-oriented, with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales goals.
• Independence: Capable of working independently and managing your own schedule effectively.
• Transportation: Must have a valid two-wheeler and driving license.
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Goa and its construction landscape is preferred.
