Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Learn to identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, networking, and research.
• Sales Presentations: Assist in delivering presentations to schools and distributors, showcasing our curriculum solutions.
• Relationship Building: Develop foundational skills in relationship-building with key stakeholders, including educators and administrators.
• Consultative Approach: Understand the basic needs of educational institutions and how to match our solutions to those needs.
• Training & Support: Provide initial support to educators, learning to assist them in effectively using our curriculum resources.
• Reporting: Maintain simple records of sales activities and learn to use CRM tools to track progress.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the sales domain.
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM tools).
