Job Title: Sales Representative (FMCG)

Job Overview:
The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding market presence in the assigned territory. The individual will be responsible for managing retailer and distributor relationships, promoting FMCG products, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Achievement:
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Drive product sales through retailers, distributors, and direct clients.
• Market Coverage:
• Cover the assigned area effectively by visiting customers and prospects daily.
• Expand distribution channels by onboarding new clients.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Promotions and Branding:
• Execute in-store promotions, product displays, and branding initiatives.
• Educate customers and retailers on product benefits and usage.
• Data Reporting:
• Submit daily sales reports, including details of visits and sales performance.
• Monitor and report competitor activities and market trends.
• Inventory Management:
• Ensure product availability at retail and distribution points.
• Coordinate with the supply chain for restocking and timely deliveries.

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
