Job Description
We are hiring Field Sales Executives to promote small banking products like savings accounts, fixed deposits, and current accounts. The role involves field visits, identifying customer needs, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Reach out to potential customers and promote banking products.
• Build relationships with individuals and small businesses.
• Meet sales targets and maintain daily activity records.
• Educate customers on digital banking solutions.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• 1-3 years of sales experience (banking/financial services preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
