Field sales executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads for ERP software solutions
- Conduct needs assessments and demos to showcase ERP capabilities
- Build relationships with key decision-makers
- Negotiate and close deals in markets
- Collaborate with implementation teams for smooth transitions
- Ability to interact effectively with clients.
-Capability to explain products and services in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Focus on understanding customer needs and providing solutions.
- Access to reliable transportation
Skills:
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify and address pain points
- Familiarity with CRM software
Industry Knowledge:
- Textile Manufacturing, distribution, retail, or services sectors
- Familiarity with industry-specific ERP solutions.
Requirements:
- 2+ years ERP sales experience
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Industry knowledge (textile manufacturing, distribution, retail, services)
- CRM proficiency
Performance Metrics:
- Sales revenue growth
- Quota attainment
- Customer acquisition and retention.
