We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and increasing sales revenue. Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and Identify Sales Opportunities:
• Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking events.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Sales Presentations and Product Demos:
• Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and highlight features and benefits to customers.
• Relationship Building:
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with customers.
• Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
• Achieving Sales Targets:
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
• Track sales performance metrics and report progress to the Sales Manager.
• Customer Support:
• Address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring swift resolution.
• Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development) to improve the customer experience.
• Attend meetings, training sessions, and product launches to stay updated on company offerings.
• Territory Management:
• Manage sales activities within a designated territory.
• Plan and organize personal sales strategies by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in [industry].
