Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our revenue management company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring hotel partners within Kolkata. You will be the face of the company, establishing strong relationships with hotel owners and managers to help them enhance their revenue potential by joining our network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and Acquire Hotels : Proactively identify and approach hotels in the city, presenting the value proposition of partnering with our company.
• Build and Maintain Relationships : Establish and nurture relationships with hotel owners and decision-makers, ensuring a strong business rapport and long-term collaboration.
• Achieve Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by onboarding new hotels and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
• Market Research & Analysis : Conduct market research to understand local competition and trends in the hospitality industry, using insights to refine sales strategies.
• Contract Negotiation : Negotiate contracts with hotels, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment with our company's policies.
• Onboarding Support : Guide hotels through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless integration into our platform and services.
• Feedback & Reporting : Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, hotel feedback, and market trends to the Regional Sales Manager.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the city.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills:
• Knowledge of the local hospitality market and existing relationships with hotel owners/managers.
• Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
• Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new strategies and tools.
