Role Overview:
As a Field Sales Executive at VR Garage, you will be responsible for generating new business and building relationships with garages in your assigned territory. You will be instrumental in driving the growth of our SaaS platform by educating garages on how our solutions can enhance their operations and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target new garages, business owners, and key decision-makers within your assigned region.
• Product Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of VR Garage to potential clients.
• Customer Acquisition & Retention: Close sales by onboarding new garages and providing them with excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction with our services, helping to grow their business through VR Garage.
• Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs to effectively position VR Garage's products.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance using CRM software.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the internal teams to provide feedback on customer needs, sales opportunities, and product improvements.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in SaaS, automotive, or tech-related industries.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field sales role.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using CRM systems, mobile apps, and other sales tools.
• Customer-Focused: Passionate about building relationships and helping clients achieve their business goals.
• Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
