1. Sales Target Achievement
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned territory.
• Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and retention of existing customers.
2. Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular in-person visits and follow-ups to understand client needs and provide solutions.
3. Lead Generation & Pipeline Development
• Identify and qualify potential leads through networking, market research, and referrals.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline to achieve sales goals.
4. Product Knowledge & Solution Selling
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of product features and benefits.
• Present solutions effectively, addressing customer pain points and value propositions.
5. Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
• Provide timely reports on sales progress, customer feedback, and market insights.
6. Market Awareness & Competitor Analysis
