BoChe Tea is seeking dynamic and motivated Territory Sales Staff to drive retail sales and promote our brand across all districts. The ideal candidate will have strong field sales experience in the retail sector, possess excellent interpersonal and selling skills, and be willing to travel extensively within their designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting BoChe Tea to retail outlets.
Retail Engagement:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring effective product placement and promotion.
Distributor Coordination:
Collaborate with distributors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to retail outlets.
Market Development:
Identify new sales opportunities and expand market reach within the assigned territory.
Reporting & Feedback:
Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and customer feedback to the management team.
Brand Promotion:
Execute in-store promotions, marketing activities, and merchandising strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of field sales experience in the retail sector, preferably in FMCG.
Travel:
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Vehicle:
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
