Polygranite India Interior Products is seeking a proactive and dynamic Field Representative to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and promote our premium range of interior products. The ideal candidate will serve as the face of the company, engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their design and project needs.

Responsibilities :

• Client Outreach : Visit potential clients such as interior designers, architects, builders, and contractors to introduce Polygranite's products and services.
• Sales Growth : Achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, presenting product features, and closing deals effectively.
• Product Promotion : Educate customers on the benefits, applications, and quality of Polygranite's interior products, including wall panels, decorative sheets, and other solutions.
• Market Research : Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights for strategy improvement.
• Relationship Management : Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure excellent after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Reporting : Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, client feedback, and market data to management for analysis.
• On-site Visits : Assess customer needs by conducting site visits, showcasing samples, and recommending suitable solutions for projects.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a client-facing role (preferably in interior design, construction, or building materials).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with interior products, design trends, and market dynamics will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,754.33 - ?24,525.61 per month
