Field Sales Representative (FMCG)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to promote and sell our FMCG products in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for direct sales, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets by engaging with retailers and distributors. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the FMCG market, and a passion for driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales of FMCG products by visiting and managing retail outlets, ensuring products are stocked and prominently displayed.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and customers to increase sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Market Development: Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base by targeting potential clients in the region.
• Product Promotion: Conduct product demonstrations, share marketing materials, and promote special offers to drive customer interest and sales.
• Inventory Management: Ensure the right stock levels at retail outlets and coordinate with the distribution team to ensure timely deliveries.
• Feedback & Reporting: Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Key Requirements (Education, Work Experience & Skills):
• High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field sales , preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills .
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and distributors.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong knowledge of the FMCG market and consumer behavior.
• Fluency in English , Hindi , and the local language is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
