Responsibilities :
1. Customer Acquisition: Actively seek out new customers by networking, cold calling and visiting potential clients in the designated territory to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
2. Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling our range of industrial hardware products and services to prospective and existing customers.
3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns and providing appropriate solutions and support.
4. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, features and benefits to effectively communicate them to customers and answer any inquiries they may have.
5. Market Research: Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to identify potential opportunities for business growth.
6. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and transactions using MS Office and provide regular reports and updates.
7. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service before, during and after the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements :
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field preferred.
2. Experience: Proven track record of success in sales roles, preferably in the industrial hardware or related industry. Experience in field sales is highly desirable.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers, understand their requirements and articulate product benefits.
4. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales deals and secure profitable agreements with customers.
5. Self-Motivated: Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales, capable of working independently and managing time efficiently to achieve targets.
6. Driving License: Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
7. Team Player: Ability to collaborate and coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
