Role & responsibilities
1.Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's solar EPC business objectives in the assigned area.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential opportunities for business growth.
• Plan and forecast sales targets and budgets for the area.
2.Customer Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Address customer concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction
3. Market Analysis:
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding market conditions and opportunities.
• Adjust sales strategies based on market feedback and changing conditions.
4. Project Coordination:
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure smooth execution of solar EPC projects.
• Coordinate with various internal departments to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
6. Reporting:
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, market trends, and competitor analysis, to the senior management team.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
7. Training and Development:
• Stay updated on industry developments, new technologies, and best practices.
• Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Sales Experience:
• Proven track record of successful sales in the solar EPC or related industry.
• Experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
2. Leadership Skills:
• Strong leadership qualities to effectively manage and motivate a sales team.
• Ability to provide guidance, set goals, and drive the team towards achieving objectives.
3. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills for dealing with clients, partners, and internal teams.
4. Networking Skills:
• Effective networking skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
• Participation in industry events and conferences.

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
