Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in pharmaceutical formulators & API Manufacturers, Food, Flavours& Fragrances, Vegetable Oil Extraction companies and cosmetics & personal Care product manufacturing sectors.
Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers
Promote and sell APIs, excipients, and specialty chemicals to potential and existing clients.
Achieve sales targets and expand the client base in the assigned region.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients on product applications and benefits.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to management.
Travel extensively within HP, Punjab, Chandigarh, Uttarakhand, and Haryana to meet clients and generate sales.
Desired Profile:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/marketing of APIs, excipients, and chemicals to pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and personal care products manufacturers.
Strong network and industry connections within HP, Punjab, Chandigarh, Uttarakhand, and Haryana.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territories.
