Tenacious Techies is an IT company that develops unique digital marketing solutions for their clients, including but not restricted to- Restaurants, Supermarkets, Online Ticketing. Our growing website "Foodchow'' seeks a motivated Sales Representative to greet customers, help them find what they need and up-sell new products. We're looking for a person who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, per email, and in person.
• Acting as a connector between our clients and our product.
• Interact with customers and be able to explain the use of our website and software to them.
• Know how to set up food menus and help our clients (restaurant owners) to easily access our website.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections of customers.
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
• Act as a consultant to salespeople and provide helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
