The Field Sales & Outreach Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential clients and partners to promote our Senior Living and real estate projects (Airport Enclave, Apno Ghar Homes). This role requires active outreach, relationship building, and a strong ability to present the company's offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site visits and field outreach to potential clients and stakeholders.
• Present our real estate projects to prospective clients, addressing their needs and questions.
• Collaborate with real estate brokers, local communities, and partners to increase sales opportunities.
• Attend events and community engagements to expand network and awareness of our projects.
• Generate sales leads and report daily progress to the management team.
• Assist in the negotiation and closing of deals.
• Track and report feedback from potential clients for further improvements in outreach.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in field sales or real estate sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Jharsuguda and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
