As we expand our presence in the B2B sector, we are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview : We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our mobile accessories to businesses across the region. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for sales, willing to travel extensively, and capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients. This role requires a high level of persistence, negotiation skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Acquisition & Onboarding : Identify and prospect new B2B clients (distributors, retailers, wholesalers) to expand the company's market reach.
• Sales Meetings & Negotiation : Conduct meetings with potential clients, present products, negotiate deals, and close sales.
• Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and client retention strategies.
• Market Analysis : Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to provide valuable feedback and stay ahead of market demands.
• Reporting & Reviews : Perform regular reviews of client accounts, update the CRM system, and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and any challenges faced.
• Collections : Ensure timely collection of payments from clients and work closely with the finance team to resolve any outstanding issues.
• Travel : Extensive travel within the assigned region is a key requirement for this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
