BrandPosition: Field Sales Officer
Location: Agra Region
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector
Key Responsibilities:
Market Penetration:
Develop effective sales strategies to penetrate the market and increase the brand's presence.
Identify and target potential customers and new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
Conduct market research to stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders.
Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers to promote products and gather market intelligence.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to close deals effectively.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the Sales Manager.
Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends.
Promotional Activities:
Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and product demonstrations to increase brand awareness.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Ensure proper merchandising and display of products at retail outlets.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
Provide training and support to junior sales staff as needed.
Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and supply chain, to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications and Skills:Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector with a focus on spices or related products.
Skills:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
