We are committed to delivering premium tea experiences to our customers and are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Officer to join our team and drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
Job Summary:
The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and building strong relationships with retailers and distributors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
Implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth.
Market Penetration:
Identify and develop new business opportunities by expanding the customer base.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns promptly.
Product Promotion:
Promote and demonstrate the company's Tea & Spices products to potential customers.
Organize and participate in promotional activities, events, and trade shows.
Sales Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the sales manager.
Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends.
Inventory Management:
Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained at all retail outlets.
Coordinate with the supply chain team for timely product deliveries.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably in Tea & Spices industry.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
