Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Generation: Identify and target potential clients in the construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Product Knowledge: Provide technical expertise and information on steel products, including specifications, benefits, and applications.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct face-to-face presentations to customers, showcasing the company's product offerings and differentiators.
• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
• Negotiation & Closing Sales: Develop proposals and negotiate contracts for steel products, ensuring competitive pricing and terms.
• Order Management: Ensure timely order processing and delivery, coordinating with internal teams (logistics, inventory, etc.).
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM systems.
• After-Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or inquiries related to products or services.
