We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting life insurance, general insurance, and other related products to clients. This role is essential for driving business growth and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell life insurance, general insurance, and other financial products.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
• Provide clients with accurate and timely information regarding insurance policies.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.
• Must own a two-wheeler (mandatory).
• Male candidates only.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ?12,000/month + petrol allowance + incentives.
