International Real Estate Agent Head office at Irvine - U.S.A. (Branches All over India) Responsibilities: Lead Generation II Site Visits
• Evaluate a client's needs to help them buy/rent/sell properties and achieve sales targets
• Cold call, email, message customers to generate leads and arrange site visits
• Negotiate and close deals at best market value and assist clients in completing their purchase, including documents
• Regularly conduct market research to identify new projects, properties and builders o We are looking for bright mission -driven Realtor needed as a buyers agent and sellers agent procure listing to sell in the competitive sellers.
