• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales goals and exceed expectations.
• Explain insurance products and services to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Close sales deals and meet sales targets.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Qualification: Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in sales and marketing
• Age: Minimum 21 Years, Maximum 38 Years
• Two Wheeler Required
CTC: 2.80 To 3.20 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefit
