Job Summary:Lendingkart is seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Officer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and closing sales to contribute to the company\'s growth in the financial services sector.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation:

• Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Client Meetings:

• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their financial needs and present suitable lending solutions.
• Explain Lendingkart\'s products and services in detail to prospective clients.

Sales Conversion:

• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Reporting and Feedback:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
• Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitive activities.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve common goals.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other team activities.
