Roles and Responsibilities
• Market Analysis & Planning: Conduct market research to discover potential customers, market trends, and competitors' strategies. Create strategic sales plans to maximise sales.
• Sales Execution: Implement sales strategies to meet company targets and objectives. Maintain strong relationships with retailers and clients to boost sales. Promote the brand and products through campaigns and activities.
• Customer Relations Management: Respond promptly to customer complaints and feedback. Establish rapport with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Inventory Management and Order Processing: Process orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely product delivery. Manage inventory levels with supply chain and logistic teams.
