E2E Digitech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive with a background in banking or insurance sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify and target potential clients, especially in the banking and insurance sectors.
• Meet prospective clients to present and sell our products and services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Provide customized solutions based on clients' needs.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales progress using CRM software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the financial services space.
• Provide regular sales updates and reports to management.
• Ensure excellent post-sales follow-up and customer support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, particularly in banking sales or insurance sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively.
• Knowledge of the Mohali region and surrounding areas.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
