Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for engineering software and plastic products.
Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.
Conduct daily visits to engage with potential and existing customers in the Ahmedabad region.
Maintain consistent follow-up communication with customers to build relationships, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of one year of experience in sales and marketing.
Experience specifically in selling engineering software or plastic products is highly desirable.
Any graduate degree is acceptable.
Must possess a strong desire and willingness to build a career in field sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license for commuting.
Ability to drive a four-wheeler is required.
Compensation:
The company will provide a petrol allowance for work-related travel.
Eligible for performance-based bonuses.
