Dromics Labs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive with expertise in B2B sales.
The primary responsibilities include:
• Driving the establishment of a significant number of collection centers for Dromics Labs.
• Building and maintaining strong business relationships with doctors to generate trade and referrals.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the company's footprint.
• Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals.

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostics sector.
• Strong networking skills with the ability to engage with doctors and medical professionals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Use professional and effective sales skills to achieve sales targets.
• Increase the level of sales and business from different accounts.
• Research and Database management. Identify and develop sources of potential
clients.
• Effectively communicate with clients to gain commitment to convert sales.
• Maintain regular contact with Key Clients.
• Effectively communicate with customers via telephone, face-to-face interaction,
and written communication.
• Develop and maintain relationships with the customer.
• Overcome customer resistance/objections to products & services.
• Provide a weekly schedule of planned activities.
• Achieve sales activities within specified time scales as directed by the Head of
Business Development.
• Maintain a database of upcoming conferences & trade shows in the territory.
• Be able to match appropriate products & services to clients requirements.
• Be able to demonstrate a full knowledge of all products, and services with
relevant selling points and benefits.
• Maintain current and accurate knowledge of competitor products & services, be
able to highlight their disadvantages and promote important advantages.
• Keep abreast of competitor activity and recommend any necessary tactical action
required.
• Maintain a current and accurate technical knowledge of products & services.
• Provide time-phased, qualified reports on achievement and activities.
• Daily planning & execution of sales strategies to make efficient use of the
working day.
• Maintain accurate records of all contacts with clients. Handle correspondence
related to all selling activities.
• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation. Represent in a professional
manner at all times.
• Liaise with other members of the Sales Team to actively promote sales
opportunities, exchange information, and increase professionalism.
• Undertake all responsibilities concerning procedures.
• Ensure safe working area and work procedures in line with Companys Health and
Safety.
• Obtain necessary authority for expenses and record the same in line with Company
Policy.
• Provide on-time daily, weekly & amp; monthly reports to his/her reporting manager.
• Present complete territory analysis (SWOT) & requirements in the quarterly.

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
