Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, setting sales targets, and guiding the team to achieve them. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will be instrumental in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. Job Responsibility : Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Lead and motivate the sales team to meet individual and collective goals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Skills : Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
