Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating corporate bookings for our hotel and banquet facilities. You will work closely with businesses to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential corporate clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations to showcase our hotel and banquet offerings, including facilities, services, and packages.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure bookings while maximizing revenue for the hotel.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position our offerings in the market.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events and bookings.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system, and provide regular sales reports to management.
Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our offerings and generate leads.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the hospitality or Travel & Tourism sector.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Flexibility to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
