Roles and Responsibilities:
??To recruit good quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure that they are acquiring licensing to achieve the sales target set by the company.
Motivating the advisors to achieve the sales target set by the company.
Provide on the job training and manage & monitor performance of the advisors
Relationship management with stakeholders.
Maintain persistence for the policies procured by the team of advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team.
Desired Candidate Profile
?? Education: Any Graduates
Experience: Min. 2 Year from life insurance and financial services
Age should be between 25-40. He should be a resident of the city we are hiring for 5+ years.
Domicil - min 2 years
CTC upto 4.75 LPA
??Two-Wheeler with valid License.
Incentives & other Rewards awaiting to be conquered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
