Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the Chandigarh region. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales and possess excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our services.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good knowledge of the Chandigarh market and business landscape.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
Roles and Responsibilites

Identify New Sales Leads.

Must Have Laptop ( Optional) And Own Vehicle

Field Sales

Prospect For New Clients By Networking.

Cold Calling.

Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.

Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.

Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Companys practice leaders/Principals.

Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.

Participate in pricing the solution/service.

Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.

Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.

Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.

Manage multiple accounts simultaneously

Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
